Privacy Policy

Effective date: July 1, 2026

How LegionEdge collects, uses, and protects personal information across our websites, products, programs, and research services — in plain language, with the details that matter.

01Overview

This policy describes how LegionEdge, Inc. ("LegionEdge", "we", "us") collects, uses, and shares personal information when you visit our websites, use our products (Nokuva, Tavoc, and Foltrac), participate in our programs, or interact with our research services.

We are a research lab, and we apply the same discipline to your data that we apply to model context: collect only what is needed, keep it only as long as it is useful, and be explicit about where it goes.

02Information we collect

We collect three categories of information:

  • Information you provide — account details (name, email, company), content you create in our products, messages sent through our contact and program application forms, and job applications.
  • Information collected automatically — usage data such as pages visited, features used, device and browser type, IP address, and approximate region, collected via server logs and privacy-respecting analytics.
  • Information from third parties — if you sign in through an identity provider, we receive the profile fields you authorize it to share.

03How we use information

We use personal information to:

  • Provide, maintain, and improve our products and services.
  • Respond to messages, applications, and support requests.
  • Administer programs (Startup, Ambassador, Partner, Event) you apply to.
  • Send product updates and research announcements you opt into — every message includes an unsubscribe link.
  • Protect the security and integrity of our services.
  • Comply with legal obligations.

04Customer content and research

Content you create in our products — designs, code, deployment configurations — is yours. We do not train models on your content without your explicit, opt-in consent, and customer data is never included in our published datasets.

Our open datasets are synthetic: generated and validated by our pipelines, not collected from users. Where research involves measurement of production systems (such as protocol field studies), participation is contractual, opt-in, and reported only in aggregate.

05Cookies and analytics

We use strictly necessary cookies for authentication and session state. Our analytics are aggregate and privacy-respecting; we do not use third-party advertising cookies and we do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

06When we share information

We share personal information only in these circumstances:

  • With service providers that process data on our behalf (hosting, email delivery, payments) under contracts limiting their use of it.
  • With your direction — for example, when you ask us to introduce you to a solutions partner.
  • To comply with law, enforce our terms, or protect the rights, safety, and security of LegionEdge, our users, or the public.
  • In connection with a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, in which case this policy continues to apply until you are notified otherwise.

07Data retention

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above. Account data is retained while your account is active and deleted or anonymized within 90 days of a verified deletion request. Form submissions and program applications are retained for up to two years. Server logs rotate within 13 months.

08Security

We protect personal information with encryption in transit and at rest, access controls scoped to job function, and audit logging. No system is perfectly secure; if we learn of a breach affecting your personal information, we will notify you and the relevant authorities as required by law.

09Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, export, or restrict the processing of your personal information, and to object to certain processing. We honor these rights regardless of jurisdiction where practical.

To exercise any of these rights, email privacy@legionedge.ai. We verify requests and respond within 30 days. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

10International transfers

We operate from the United States and may process information there and in other countries through our service providers. Where required, transfers are protected by standard contractual clauses or equivalent safeguards.

11Children

Our services are not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact privacy@legionedge.ai and we will delete it.

12Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our services and the law evolve. Material changes are announced on this page and, for account holders, by email at least 14 days before they take effect. The effective date at the top always reflects the current version.
