Terms of Service

Effective date: July 1, 2026

The agreement covering your use of LegionEdge websites, products, and services — including how open-source and research artifacts are licensed separately.

01Acceptance of these terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the websites, products, and services of LegionEdge, Inc. ("LegionEdge", "we", "us"), including Nokuva, Tavoc, and Foltrac (together, the "Services"). By creating an account or using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

If you use the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization, and "you" refers to it. Enterprise agreements, program terms, and service-specific terms take precedence over these Terms where they conflict.

02Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. Notify us promptly at support@legionedge.ai if you suspect unauthorized access.

You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to use the Services.

03Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Services to violate any law or the rights of others.
  • Probe, breach, or circumvent security or authentication measures, or access data you are not authorized to access.
  • Interfere with the operation of the Services, including by imposing an unreasonable load or distributing malware.
  • Resell, sublicense, or white-label the Services without a partner agreement that permits it.
  • Misrepresent output of our products or research as independently produced where attribution is required by license.

04Your content

You retain all rights to content you create or upload in the Services — designs, code, configurations, and data ("Customer Content"). You grant us the limited license needed to host, process, and display Customer Content in order to provide the Services.

We do not train models on Customer Content without your explicit opt-in consent, and Customer Content is never included in our published datasets.

05Open source and research artifacts

Our published protocol specifications, datasets, model weights, and open-source software (including the W0rktree core) are provided under their own licenses — for example, Apache 2.0 or GPL 3.0 — stated in each repository or registry entry. Those licenses, not these Terms, govern your use of those artifacts.

Research artifacts are provided for research and engineering purposes. Validate them for your own use case; a published benchmark result is a measurement, not a warranty.

06Intellectual property

The Services, including their software, design, and branding, are owned by LegionEdge and protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the rights expressly granted in these Terms or an applicable open license, no rights in the Services are transferred to you.

Feedback you choose to send us may be used to improve the Services without obligation to you.

07Fees and billing

Paid plans are billed as described at purchase. Fees are exclusive of taxes, which you are responsible for. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Program benefits (such as Startup Program credits) are subject to their program terms, are non-transferable, and have no cash value.

We may change pricing with at least 30 days' notice; changes apply from your next renewal.

08Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Services and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these Terms, for security reasons, or where required by law — with notice where practicable.

After termination you may export Customer Content for 30 days, after which we delete it per our data retention practices. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitations of liability) survive.

09Disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. AI-generated output can be wrong; you are responsible for reviewing output before relying on it, especially in production systems.

10Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LegionEdge will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, or data, arising from your use of the Services.

Our aggregate liability under these Terms is limited to the greater of the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim or one hundred US dollars (US $100). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

11Indemnification

If you use the Services on behalf of an organization, that organization will indemnify LegionEdge against third-party claims arising from its Customer Content or its breach of these Terms, to the extent permitted by law.

12Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, excluding its conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in San Francisco County, California, and both parties consent to their jurisdiction.

13Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms as the Services evolve. Material changes are announced on this page and, for account holders, by email at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Services after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance.
